Video production doesn’t always require a camera, a crew van, or catering. In fact, we’re increasingly integrating AI into our creative workflows—not as a gimmick, but as a core method. Below, we walk you through a real project where our client’s CEO became one of the main characters—without ever leaving his office.
AI Across the Entire Production Pipeline
The project started with an earlier corporate video, which we used as the foundation for a new concept. But to make the story more personal, we incorporated both the client’s CEO and one of our creative team members.
As a first step, we trained two LoRA models on a rented GPU—one based on the client’s facial images and the other on our colleague, Attila. This training only took a few hours, yet it delivered a full cast of characters—without any photo shoots or filming.

We used Flux Schnell LoRA models in ComfyUI to generate the images. Each image took an average of 19 minutes to render on an NVIDIA 4060 GPU, and we refined them in Photoshop.
We then transformed the static images into video using an image-to-video approach. Based on the script, we animated screen elements, applied entrance/exit effects, and built motion paths for dynamic scenes.
AI-Generated Music and Sound Design
The entire soundscape was created using the Suno AI platform. After just three tries (yes, only three!), we landed on the final soundtrack—its rhythm serving as the foundation for our video editing. We divided sound design into three layers—background ambiance, main sound effects, and subtle audio enhancements—to create a cohesive, cinematic experience.

Faster, Greener, Yet Still Human
This workflow isn’t just faster and more cost-effective—it’s also more sustainable than traditional on-site shoots. No flights, no logistics, no on-location production. Everything was created digitally, while all the creative direction stayed in our hands.
Our biggest takeaway? While AI tools now handle more of the heavy lifting—from image generation to sound design—the story, the message, the sense of balance, and the creative vision remain distinctly human.
